Fabulous rare true matching PAIR (one left hand side mouse, one right hand side mouse on the footboards) of early
Robert Mouseman Thompson adzed oak single beds; c1930's.
With their original oak side rails.
Typical half-penny carving to ends.

These have been in the same family since they were specially ordered at the time; excellent provenance.

The footboards are further carved with the motto "FEAR GOD HONOUR YE KING"

Each approx 39" overall width; headboard 4ft high, footboard 30.5" high. Overall length 6ft 6".
