Possibly by or after the famous modern Cuban artist, Rene Portocarrero.

Curios mix of what looks like Aztec mythology with a hint of Hindu and other North/Central/South American shamanic influences!

As yet unidentified script/language to edges; almost a mix of Old Basque and Old Greek.
