Unusual Arts & Crafts oak bookcase cabinet

An unusual Arts & Crafts oak open bureau bookcase cabinet with good wrought metalwork very much in the manner of early Heals or Guild of Handicraft; c1890's.
Possibly made to commission, as has the odd unusual feature such as a revolving sqaure section to top and secret section etc.
Bottom drawers have filing sections. Internal metal letter racks!
Pls note the drop down panel that would have served as wirting bureau is now no longer there but the piece still works very well both visually and functionally, as an open bookcase/cabinet regardless.

Approx 62" wide, 69" high, 15" depth.
