Rare Gordon Russell early 20thC candlestick style lamp in walnut, with shaped chamfered quadrafin base.
Excellent provenance - this originally came from the Yardley family who commissioned a lot of Gordon Russell items at the time.
his same lamp base (now professionally wired for UK use and with a modern shade) was exhibited by The Fine Art Society in Bond St back in 2002; exh 33 illustrated p50 of their Pastoral exhibition catalogue, alongside many other Gordon Russell pieces with similar provenance.
Approx 20" high including shade; 13" high lamp base itself excluding fittings.
