A sweet little oak Arts & Crafts table top "In/Out" letter or post rack by Arthur Simpson of Kendal(unmarked); c1900.
Very much in the manner of his friend, the great architect-designer, CFA Voysey, for whom he designed some pieces of furniture and indeed Voysey designed AWS`s house for him.
