Superb and rare three seater quartersawn oak Arts & Crafts settle by Shapland & Petter of Barnstaple, Devon, c1900.
Three stylised patinated copper repousse circular panels to back. Shape number R115 (stamped to back).

This one is even more atractive, as has three circular copper panels (with two different designs)to the back as opposed to only one central one in the book example.
Approx 48" high, 44" wide and 21" deep.
