Superb and rare large extending carved and inlaid oak Arts & Crafts dining table and matching chairs;
by Arthur Simpson of Kendal; c1905. The chairs made for AWS by John Shearer of Kendal.
Great carving along all the table edges and legs.
Each corner of the table top inlaid with a variety of different birds.
Dimenions approx 50" wide, 73" long and 30"high when closed.
There are two additional leaves (also with matching carved edges); each approx 18".
Can potentially seat up to 14 when extended!
