Arts & Crafts inlaid oak mantle clock on brass bun feet by Liberty & Co, known as "The Thoecen"; design attributed to Leonard Wyburd.
Central lower panel inlaid with boxwood, ebony and pewter; swooping birds between stylised trees above rising sun and winding road; very Voyseyesque.
Approx 12.25" high.
A similar clock was exhibited at the 2004 Liberty Arts & Crafts selling exhibition in London.
