Golden oak framed open bookcase of five fixed shelves with integral hinged dust flip covers also in oak, by Arthur Simpson of Kendal (labelled) c1935.
Approx 4ft wide, 5ft high and just under 9" deep.
The space between each shelf is slightly graduating, ranging from about 9" height to approx 11" height at base.
A plain and simple, well designed bookcase exhibiting clean lines.
