An excellent Dutch Arts & Crafts oak desk with bookcase sections and extending desk top; c1910.
by JB Hillen of Amsterdam and complete with its original keys (stamped with makers name).

Very much in the manner of a desk by Arthur Simpson of Kendal (see last archive image).
Lots of useful shelves/recesses etc for books and all manner of stationery knick knacks.
Perfect also for computer or laptop/tablet use (from our Private Collection so we can vouch for that!)
Approx 47" widest, 46" high and 21" depth (when desk top un-extended)
