A most unusual and very charming late 19thC Arts & Crafts panelled linen press in walnut (pine interior) of good compact proportions.
Castellated style top and two long drawers below main section containing pull out "baker`s rack" drawers. The front consisting of six ebonised and gilt highlighted frame panels containing original period prints depicting different scenes from the story of Cinderella.
Original metalwork and the drawer handles are deliberately different to the main door one. Hobbs locks to drawers - always a sign of quality.
Most probably a one off design for a child`s room or nursery but still useful/large enough for use by an adult.
Approx 6ft high by 3ft wide and 15.5" deep. A truly unique piece!
