An original antique Japanese woodblock print "Bijutsukai" (Ocean of Art), hand printed from woodblocks in Japan c1898~1905.
One can see the striking similarities between this and Liberty & Co's peacock feather pattern "Hera" that was designed by Arthur Silver of the Silver Studios in the late 1880's.
