Truly superb quality pair of Arts & Crafts Cotswold School incised steel wall lights; c1920s/30s.
Very much in the manner of Ernest Gimson. Could also potentially be German/Austrian in the Seccessionist style!
At some point in the past they have been wired for electricity but not currently functional as such.
