An interesting and fascinating c1930s/40s industrial drawing cartoon by the artist
Norman Neasom (1915~2010).
There was a recent major exhibition of his work at the famous Messums Gallery in London.

It appears to be a design for a mural for the Federation of British Industrialists in Birmingham
and possibly jointly worked on, with William Frederick Colley (1907~1957),
whom he trained under c1931, and whose name also appears on this drawing.
Reminds us of the work of Eric Ravilious & William Roberts
