A rare & unique pair of Foxman oak ceremonial armchairs specially commissioned for HRH Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip; c1970s
They were made to commemorate a royal visit in 1973 to the Bramshill House Police HQ/Training College in Hampshire, England.
With their original leather seats (now fully restored) that they would have sat on; so a Royal seat of approval!
Taller chair (for the Queen!) aprox 56" high, the other 46" high.
Carved with the signature fox to base leg of each chair .
