Unusual Cotswold School style Arts & Crafts copper mirror
An excellent quality and absolutely charming/quaint Arts & Crafts Cotswold School style pierced copper frame signed and dated for 1922.
Beautiful pierced decorative copper work, with birds, a squirrel, rabbit, frog, owl, fox and other flora & fauna!
Reminiscent of some of the pierced metalwork of the Cotswold School craftsmen.
Now incorporated into a wooden frame/backing and transformed into a practical mirror.
Most probably Swiss, from Stäfa; a municipality in the district of Meilen in the canton of Zürich.
Currently under further research.
Approx 23" high, 19" wide inc frame.
