A great example of one of WAS Benson's Arts & Crafts/Art Nouveau
standard lamp designs (Design 448).
In copper and brass; incorporating an ingenious pierced floral design table top platform/shelf with three copper removable "coasters".
Small pots of flowers etc can be placed on top of each copper coaster, or else the coaster removed and the pots sit through!
The whole on four stylised quadruped trefoil feet.
This was one of his most expensive designs at the time.
Originally designed as an oil lamp; converted approx 10/15 years ago to electricity.
Approx 62" overall height to top of shade.
