A good and rarely seen Arts & Crafts architectural watercolour drawing of a Tudor style house in Roundwick, Sussex by the architect, John Loughborough Pearson.
Approx 19.5" by 12.5" inc frame
10" by 6" actual drawing.
Amongst other commissions, he also designed the lavish Victorian country house, Lechlade Manor in the Cotswolds.
JL Pearson was primarily an ecclesiatical architect but did also design some secular buildings.
