Henry Taylor Wyse (1870~1951) of Arbroath; c1900.
Beautiful gesso panels (a design feature of his) to each side.
Newly upholstered and recovered in a crushed silk velvet.
A pencil drawing archive illustration of this is in his furniture design catalogues.
Very much in the manner of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Glasgow Style.
Examples of his work are in Glasgow Museums.
