A rare and original wide Arts & Crafts/Art Nouveau Anaglypta polychromatic textured panel depicted peacocks; c1900.
Never seen this stunning peacock design before.
This woud have been applied to narrow wall sections/dados like thick textured wallpaper.
Newly and expertly framed (was apparently very challenging!)
The original label (see last image) is on the back of the panel but unfortunately the framers accidentally forgot to leave an exposed gap/window for it in the backing.
We did not have the heart to ask them to redo!
Dimensions approx 61" wide by 27" high inc frame
Some minor frittering to border edges.
