Superb Cotswold School convex mirror of shaped multi-lobed form by Theo Dalrymple; c1967
In Indian laurel wood with holly inlay; labelled to back with additional incised intials & date.
Excellent provenance; in same family since originally bought.
Theo Dalrymple originally served as an apprentice to Peter Waals, then had his own workshop utilising designs by Gimson & Waals.
He was later made a brother of The Artworkers Guild in 1967; the same year this mirror was made.
A good large size; approx 25" diameter.
