A rare Arts & Crafts architect designed oak desk/table with brass pulls, by the greatest of them all (!); CFA Voysey (1857~1941); c1900.
Of typical simple and understated form, with square form legs and stretchers and elongated brass pulls by Thomas Elsley.
Chamfered underside to top.
Very similar to Voysey’s own work table which is now in the collection of Crab Tree Farm in America.
