A truly charming painting on canvas of the famous nursery rhyme "Little Miss Muffett"
Signed and dated bottom right with initials JP and 1850 but stylistically painting looks to be of a later date.
May have possible been designed to use as a nursery fire screen or similar but whichever, makes a lovely painting to hang on the wall.
